ALON FISHER

I’m a qualified personal trainer and functional strength coach based in Melbourne, Australia. I work with a wide range of clients both face to face and online, ranging from professional athletes, to students, to injured retirees, to first time gym goers. My ideal client is anyone with a goal, optimistic outlook and willingness to put in the work.

I understand that every body is different and each program is designed to compliment individual style and ability, using fundamental principles of training. I have studied under the best fitness professionals in the industry and will share my wealth of knowledge (and mistakes).

My objective is to create physical and mental stability to help you achieve your goals.

Effective Goal Setting

“I want to get a 6 pack” is not an achievable goal for a 50 year old with no prior training experience and 3 training sessions a week. Despite hearing this almost every week, there are steps to reduce fat and increase muscle to dramatic proportions. I’ll help guide you as to what IS an achievable and realistic outcome and how hard you need to work to get there.

Training is not a chore

Training can be fun. Play music, do it with friends, choose a time of day that works best for you, wear nice workout clothes. My programs are built around core principles, but offer diverse and evolving exercises ranging from traditional to progressive styles to keep things interesting.

Train safe

Results come when you can train with consistency. However you can’t train consistently if you are always getting injured. I always emphasize technique over everything, and with good technique comes proper use of the muscles, leading to better results and outcomes. Time to put in the work. I’m going to show you the way, but it’s your job to put in the work each week.
