This is a 6 week program consisting of a complete mobility warm up routine and three weekly full body functional strength workouts. Each workout lasts for about 45 minutes to an hour.
There are two programs, one for males and one for females. Although the programs do not include any gender specific exercises; the male program reflects goals that generally come from my male clients, while the female program reflects goals that generally come from my female clients. You also have the option to use both programs.
The program includes video demonstrations for each exercise, with audio cues so you can not only watch, but also listen to specific cues while performing the workout.
Although the program runs for 6 weeks, it is not limited to that timeframe. I encourage you to repeat the program multiple times, increasing the weight and reps as you progress with your strength and technique.
This is not a 6 week challenge, nor a quick fix or transformation… Again, the key to success is effective goal setting and a 6 week transformation is exactly the opposite of that. This program is designed to get you started on a fitness journey. The goal is to teach you a functional lifestyle that results in increased longevity with less doctor visits and physio bills.
If you’re new to strength training, this program is a perfect introduction to full body functional training. Furthermore, if you’re confident in the gym and have experience with traditional bodybuilding splits and or have had a personal trainer in the past, this program is a great way to develop full body functional workouts. This is the most effective and efficient way to train for longevity.
